Leroy LoweLeroy Lowe
Leroy Lowe is a former Aerospace Engineering Officer and Project Manager in the Canadian Airforce. He previously worked for Sparton of Canada. As Director of Business Development, he recruited and managed a diverse network of agents, distributors and strategic alliance partners in over 20 countries. Currently, he is a full-time faculty member in International Business at the Nova Scotia Community College and an active international business development specialist for Mxi Technologies Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a diploma in engineering and Master Degrees in Adult Education and Business Administration. He is also a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP).

Work in recent years has taken him to numerous Pacific Rim countries as well as the United Kingdom, and the United States. Most recently, Leroy was part of the NASBITE task force that helped develop the Certified Global Business professional (CGBP) designation in the United States. He was also one of the senior task force members in Canada who helped FITT update the competencies required for the comparable designation in Canada, the Certified International Trade Professional (CITP).



Barrie ReidBarrie Reid
Barrie Reid is currently a full-time faculty member in the International Business diploma program at the Nova Scotia Community College, Truro Campus. Barrie has over twenty-seven years senior industry experience in sales, marketing and general management. The focus of his work has been in the service, packaged consumer goods, giftware and beverage industries.

Barrie has worked in multi-national companies and small entrepreneurial businesses. He possesses extensive national and international experience involving sales, product management, business development, marketing implementation, logistics, exporting and licensing of products. Barrie's credentials include the C.S.P. sales certification and the Certified International Trade Professional designation (CITP).



Pernille Fischer BoulterPernille Fischer Boulter
Pernille Fischer Boulter is the President and Founder of Kisserup International Trade Roots, an international consulting company. Before moving to Canada she lived and worked in Europe for over 20 years. She speaks five languages and has been involved in projects in more than 30 countries worldwide. Pernille holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Copenhagen, Denmark and a business degree from the Aarhus University of Denmark.

As a result of this global experience, Pernille and Kisserup have increasingly been retained to provide mentoring, consulting and international trade training services to both the private and public sectors. She has designed and provided trade training for Team Canada trade missions and has been facilitating FITT Courses since 2003.

In 2002, Pernille was appointed Board Member on the Federal SME (Small Medium Exporters) Advisory Board to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade where she continues to serve as a Member representing Nova Scotia. She was also nominated for the RBC 2006 Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award.
