Our Hours
We’re open for business whenever you are! Our vMeet boardroom and expanded WTCC Halifax facilities are available for regular bookings during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Atlantic Standard Time.
Our videoconferencing services are also available for after-hours and weekend bookings. Wherever you need to be, whenever you need to be there — 24 hours a day, we can make it happen.

Our Technology
- Our Polycom View Station FX512:H.323 system, with ISDN and IP video conference capabilities, offers a data transmission rate of 384 kb/s and concurrent use of the Internet.
- Two 42-inch LCD flat screens provide crystal-clear display quality.
- PowerPoint or DVDs may be presented from your laptop; additional equipment can be arranged to suit your requirements.
